Refund policy

We have a ONE WEEK return policy, which means you have 7 DAYS after receiving your item to request a return.

FOR ALL WIGS: Item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at thewigbootique@gmail.com. We can discuss the issue and how to resolve it before a refund. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please let us know when you are sending the package. Soon as package is received and check the item(s) then we will proceed with the refund.

FOR CUSTOM UNIT ORDERS: There are NO FULL REFUNDS. If your unit does not fit, The Wig Bootique is NOT responsible. We go based off measurements provided by customer. If you will like the unit remade, we will not charge you. Please remove all thread out of tracks and return just the bundles and closure/frontal. We will remake the wig once everything is returned back to us. Any other issues with a custom fit unit order, we will try to solve the issue without you paying anything extra including a discount on your next purchase. Overall, there are no FULL refunds for custom units. If there is an issue with quality, you may you return the item, have us look through and you may be able to get a partial refund if agreed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as used products and custom fit orders.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any ON SALE ITEMS.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please contact us before sending anything


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
