• Turnaround times do not include shipping transit times.

• Membership pricing does not include shipping costs. Clients are responsible for all shipping fees.

• Services are available by appointment only and are subject to scheduling availability.

• Membership services must be used during the active membership period and do not roll over.

• Unused services expire at the end of the membership term.

• Color services, lace replacements, repairs, customizations, and wig construction services are not included.

• Members receive 15% off wig revamp (lace replacement) services.

• Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Membership benefits apply only while the membership is active and in good standing.
